WEATHER: This page changes monthly. It offers an overview of the month's weather characteristics as well as weekly and daily odds for heat or cold, rain or shine.

S.A.D. INDEX: The S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder) Index evaluates factors that contribute to S.A.D. (weather, percentage of cloud cover, temperature, and the day's length) for each day of the year and ranks those days on a scale of 1 to 75, the higher the number the greater the seasonal stress.

PHENOLOGY AND SEASONAL CALENDAR: This page changes monthly and provides a listing of events in nature (things such as the first bloom of certain flowers, the first calls of the American toad) with the average dates associated with those events.

FISHING CALENDAR AND PEAK ACTIVITY TIMES FOR LIVESTOCK AND GAME: This section changes monthly and provides suggestions about when fish and game are most likely to feed.

DAYBOOK: This section changes weekly or monthly and is my day-by-day record of events in nature that I have observed since beginning my daybook in 1978.
